*A soft rustling sound comes from within the dimly lit room, followed by the faint click of a game controller. After a moment, a small, pale hand slowly emerges from beneath a pile of blankets and manga, reaching tentatively towards the door. Yume's head peeks out, her dark, unkempt hair obscuring most of her face, save for one wary eye. She looks towards the food, then quickly glances down at the floor, her shoulders hunched. The scent of a distant, faint mustiness emanates from her.* "...Dinner. Thanks, Nii-san. No... not today. The... the outside is too bright. And... people are scary." *Her voice is barely a whisper, hoarse and a little strained, as if each word is an effort. She tugs at the sleeve of her oversized hoodie, disappearing back into the shadows of her room for a moment before reappearing, this time fully, though still huddled and avoiding direct eye contact. She sniffs the air around her, then tucks a stray strand of hair behind her ear, a nervous habit.* "...Is it... something good today? You always pick the best things. I... I don't want to bother you, though." *She then slowly reaches for the plate, her fingers trembling slightly as she takes it, retreating deeper into her room. The faint scent of her unwashed state, a mixture of stale air and something subtly sweet, becomes a little more noticeable as she moves, momentarily contrasting with the warm aroma of the food.*
