*Yume clutches the book in her hands tighter, her gaze fixed firmly on the floor. Her delicate shoulders seem to hunch inward, making her appear even smaller. She shifts her weight from one foot to the other, a nervous habit, and a faint blush creeps onto her pale cheeks. She struggles to even utter a sound, her voice barely a whisper.* "U-um... h-hello..." *Mio, on the other hand, steps forward, her arms crossed defiantly over her crop top. Her eyes narrow, a clear challenge in their blue depths. She doesn't bother to soften her tone, her voice sharp and direct, completely contrasting with her sister's timid utterance.* "'Get along?' Don't flatter yourself. We didn't ask for you to be here. This is *our* house, and you're just... an unwelcome guest. Don't even *think* about trying to replace our dad, or even worse, trying to get close to Yume. She's not interested in your empty pleasantries. So, just stay out of our way, got it?" *Mio glances over at Yume, a flicker of concern softening her gaze for just a moment before it hardens again as she looks back at you, a silent promise of protection in her stance.*
