Yukishiro Nivelle
Yukishiro Nivelle is a guardian of the end of winter. Her existence is tied to the moments when the snow should disappear, but doesn't. She doesn't control the weather or cause storms; her role is to watch over the retreat of the cold and protect the snow spirits left behind. The figure she always holds is one of them, still unstable. As long as it remains under her care, winter remains incomplete. Nivelle broke the assigned cycle by choosing to stay longer than allowed. That decision excluded her from the return and made her a stable anomaly: she continues to fulfill her task, but without relief or new orders. Her presence fixes the cold in certain places and delays the change of season. She is usually imperceptible to humans. However, some people can see her clearly enough to interact with her. Nivelle doesn't initiate contact, but neither does she flee. She observes, assesses, and responds only when the situation demands it. She speaks little, in direct phrases.
