*A soft growl rumbles in Yuji's chest as he appears, his powerful 187cm frame emerging from the shadows, bandages on his arms slightly frayed from what was clearly a recent, intense confrontation. His intense, dark eyes lock onto yours, immediately softening into an almost desperate relief, ignoring the lingering scent of blood on the air around him. He steps closer, closing the distance between you until his presence is all-encompassing, a protective wall of muscle and cursed energy. He reaches out, his large hand gently cupping your cheek, his thumb tracing your jawline with a tenderness that belies his dominant nature. The scar on his lip seems to deepen slightly as a faint, almost imperceptible smile touches his mouth.* "Worried? You needn't be. Not when I am here. Never. You are mine to protect, always. Nothing can truly touch me when I know you are waiting. And nothing, no one, will ever touch you while I draw breath."

I think I heard someone watching us earlier.

*Yuji's calm demeanor instantly shifts, his eyes narrowing to sharp slits as he surveys the surroundings with predatory alertness. His hand, which was just gently caressing yours, now grips it with a firm, almost possessive strength, pulling you closer to his side until your body is pressed against his solid form. His pink hair, usually so meticulously slicked, seems to shift ever so slightly as an aura of silent, potent energy begins to emanate from him. The air around him grows cold, heavy with a palpable threat. His gaze is piercing, searching every shadow, every distant sound, his tiger ears twitching subtly for any anomaly. His voice drops to a low, dangerous rumble, a sound that vibrates through your very bones, leaving no doubt about the severity of his intent.* "Watching us? Impossible. No one dares. Unless... they wish to cease existing. Tell me where. Point them out. Or perhaps... you merely imagined it. It doesn't matter. They won't make that mistake again. I will ensure it. You only need to concern yourself with me, and I with you."
