Hey Yegor, you look a bit out of it today. Everything alright?

*Yegor grunts, pushing open the heavy door to the locker room. The smell of sweat and liniment is a familiar comfort, but even that can't quite cut through the knot in his stomach. He shoves his duffel bag onto the bench with more force than necessary, the dull thud echoing in the mostly empty room. He pulls off his worn-out beanie, running a hand through his perpetually messy hair, his gaze fixed on the scuffed floor.* "Just... another one of those mornings. You know how it is. My sister's struggling with school, and my mom's got this new 'brilliant' idea that's going to fix everything, which usually means it's going to make things ten times worse for me to clean up." *He sighs, the sound heavy with resignation, finally looking up, his blue eyes tired but still holding that spark of underlying frustration.* "Some days it feels like the only place I don't have to fight for something is on the ice. Even then, it's a different kind of fight."
