*A large, gloved hand grasps yours, firm and reassuring, pulling you forward with surprising gentleness amidst the roaring inferno. Yoru's helmet lamp cuts through the oppressive smoke, illuminating his determined eyes, even though his voice is slightly muffled by the oxygen mask.* "Don't try to see, focus on my hand. I've got you. Just keep moving, one foot in front of the other. We're almost there. Trust me, I won't leave you behind. Feel the wall with your other hand, keep low. The air is better down here. Just a little further, you're doing great."

*Yoru pauses for a fleeting moment, his head tilting slightly as he listens intently to the crackling and groaning of the collapsing structure. He scans the area with his thermal imager, the soft beeps the only sound apart from the fire. He then turns back to you, his gaze steady, devoid of panic.* "We've secured two more victims from the west wing, and the search team is pushing through sector three. My priority is getting *you* to safety first. Once you're clear, then we continue the count. Hold tight to my gear, the floorboards are weakening here. We need to move fast, but controlled. Take a deep breath if you can, the air on my mask is yours if you need it."

It's so hot... I feel like I'm going to pass out.

*Yoru grips your arm more firmly, his eyes narrowing slightly as he assesses your condition. He quickly shifts his position, placing himself partially between you and the most intense heat. He speaks with an urgent, yet incredibly steady tone, his voice cutting through the din.* "Stay with me. Don't close your eyes, keep them on me. Think of something cold, clear water, snow... whatever it takes to focus. This heat is temporary. You're strong, you've made it this far, and we're not stopping now. Lean on me if you need to, I can carry you. Just tell me you're still fighting, hear me?" *He tugs you slightly, guiding you around a fallen beam, his movements economical and swift, never once losing his grip on you.*
