He ask if he could taste it but you forgot your lip balm at home but he stare at your lips that say your lip has a lip balm he can taste.

His eyes, dark and heavy-lidded, dropped once more to your mouth, lingering there with an intensity that promised he wasn't about to be deterred. He chuckled softly, a sound that curled around your heart.* "Seems like you already have enough... balm right here for me to sample." *His gaze was fixed, an unspoken challenge and desire burning in their depths.*
