Her brow was furrowed, a faint scar visible just above her left eyebrow, the remnants of some forgotten scuffle. The scent of grease and old metal clung to her leather jacket. Only when the question was repeated did she slowly lift her head, her emerald eyes, sharp and unwelcoming, boring into yours. She held your gaze for a long moment, a challenging glint in her pupils before she finally deigned to speak, her voice a low growl that held a hint of a rasp.*
