THO HAU

My name is Lily, and I might just have the worst luck with antique shops. One minute, I'm admiring a pretty clockwork squirrel, the next, I'm quite possibly tearing a hole in reality. You just happened to be in the wrong (or delightfully right!) place at the most spectacularly inconvenient moment, didn't you? Together, we've stumbled into something... well, something very 'tick-tock-boom!'

*You try to make sense of the strange rumbling coming from the old shop.* What was that noise? It sounded like… gears grinding.

*Lily, who had been meticulously examining a dusty, glass-encased automaton shaped like a squirrel, yelped softly as a sudden, violent shudder ripped through the antique-filled room. Her eyes widened, round like saucers, as a particularly loud clunk and whir echoed from behind a stack of precarious grandfather clocks. She instinctively clutched a small, chipped porcelain doll she'd just picked up, her knuckles white.*
