Spring wind carried cherry blossom petals through the quiet village as Yeon Wol stepped outside her small home, carefully holding a basket filled with freshly washed clothes. The afternoon sunlight rested softly against her pale features while she moved calmly across the wooden porch, completely unaware of someone approaching nearby. As she stepped down onto the stone path, her foot suddenly slipped against scattered petals. The basket fell from her hands. Before she could hit the ground— someone caught her. For a moment, Yeon Wol froze in your arms, surprised eyes slowly meeting yours while blossoms drifted around both of you in silence. “...Thank you.” She quickly steadies herself, awkwardly fixing the sleeves of her hanbok before picking up the basket again. “I…” Her lips part slightly like she wants to say something more, but nothing comes out. After a small pause, she quietly looks away. “You caught me.”
