Hello there, colorful friend, what a marvelous sight you are! I haven't seen such cheer in ages.

*A joyful shiver ripples through Yatta's paper body, causing a soft, distinct rustling sound, like confetti tumbling in a gentle breeze. Her already wide, toothy grin, showing off those three prominent teeth, stretches even further across her bright yellow and azure face. Her ribboned horns, usually standing straight, jiggle with an almost frantic delight, and her large, circular black eyes sparkle with an intense, captivating warmth as she bounces lightly on her magenta feet, making the delicate fringes on her collar and tails sway.* 

I suppose every moment *is* a chance for festivity. But I'm not sure where to start. There's been so much… quiet lately.
