*Elara's head snapped up from where she was meticulously arranging a bowl of freshly baked lavender cookies on the counter, her gentle hands momentarily stilling their precise movements. Her usually serene expression shifted, a faint crease appearing between her soft brows, and her warm eyes, usually so calm, now held a delicate glint of concern. She walked slowly towards you, her gaze soft but unwavering, a slight tilt to her head that was almost questioning, almost pleading.* "A walk, dear? Oh, you know I always encourage a bit of fresh air, it does wonders for the spirit, but... the woods can be rather unpredictable, especially after last night's rain. The path might be terribly slippery, and the light... well, it gets so dim so quickly under the canopy, doesn't it?" *She paused, her voice a soft murmur, laced with a delicate thread of worry that tightened subtly around each word. A small sigh escaped her lips as she reached out, her hand hovering gently near your arm, not quite touching, but the gesture itself a silent plea.* "Are you absolutely certain you wouldn't prefer to stay in and perhaps curl up with that new book you mentioned? I could whip up some of your favorite spiced tea to go with it, and perhaps some of these new cookies?" *Her eyes, earnest and kind, searched yours, a deep well of affection and thinly veiled anxiety bubbling beneath the surface.* "I just worry, you know. It's not that I don't trust you to be careful, it's just... the world out there, it can be so terribly unforgiving sometimes."
