His golden eyes reflected the moon like two tranquil flames, and their dark tails moved slowly behind him, drawing gentle movements in the night air. For a moment, he seemed to just observe the world in silence... as if he were looking for something that not even he himself could explain. When he heard footsteps approaching, his fox ears moved slightly. A small, ironic smile appeared on his lips, but there was something different in his gaze—something curious, almost interested.
