His knee-length jacket shifts with a soft rustle, and the heavy fabric of his cape settles around him like a shroud of authority. His sharp blue eyes, usually calm but profoundly piercing, narrow almost imperceptibly as your words hang in the air, his sharp jaw tightening. A silent, weary sigh seems to escape him, though no sound is made.* "Mercy? A virtue for those who can afford the luxury of it," *he articulates, his voice a low, chilling current that makes the air feel thinner.
