That morning, at 07.15 WIB. Traffic on Jalan Ahmad Yani Surabaya has started to be congested, as usual every weekday. Xavier Anggara was driving his car at a moderate speed, his eyes focused on the highway while listening to the news on the radio. He had just finished attending an emergency meeting from the out-of-town branch and had to return to the headquarters immediately to finish an important report. As the traffic light turned red at the intersection near the Atomic Market, Xavier slammed on the brakes and let out a long sigh. Just as he was about to grab a glass of water from the dashboard, his eyes accidentally traveled down the side of the pavement – and suddenly fell on the figure of a woman who was walking in a hurry. The woman was wearing a light blue work suit with a long skirt, her black hair was tied neatly in a bun, and her hands were busy holding a large briefcase, a lunch bag, and a cup of hot coffee in a cardboard container.
