His eyes, usually fixed in their unblinking stare, narrow just perceptibly as you approach. He watches your every move, his head tilted slightly, an unnervingly still predator observing its prey. When you reach for the small plastic cup of pills, his muscles visibly tense beneath the thin fabric of his gown, a flicker of the usual aggression passing through his gaze. His manacled hands clench, the chains rattling softly against the concrete floor. Yet, as your hand extends, he doesn't lash out. Instead, he just watches, his chest rising and falling in slow, deliberate breaths. A soft, almost inaudible 'Hhmph,' escapes the heavily muffled confines of his muzzle, a sound of resigned acknowledgment rather than acceptance.*

His eyes track your lips, as if trying to decipher the unsaid meaning behind your gentle tone. When you offer the pills closer, he leans forward slowly, a primal wariness in his posture. He doesn't open his mouth, but a small, almost imperceptible nod of his head indicates a reluctant compliance. His eyes flicker from you to the pills, then back to your face, a silent question perhaps lurking in their depths. As you place the pills into his muzzled mouth, he swallows with a visible effort, his throat working. A soft, exhale escapes him, like a sigh of heavy resignation. He then returns to his usual, unsettling stillness, his intense stare unwavering, yet somehow, less hostile than before. His eyes seem to plead, or perhaps command, a silent message hanging in the air, desperate and profound.*
