This is a huge continental world, where the sky is always a little golden because of the "Heavenly Chains" soaring above - ancient flying islands created before the appearance of people. Velaria is not just a land, but a strict pyramid, at the base of which are people, and at the top are the "High Bloods" (higher races). People here are officially called "Younger Blood" and are considered an inferior race, created by the gods as "working material" for the great races.
