My power system should go like this At the age of adolescents (11 - 15) each and everyone gains a "gift" that is influenced by their emotions, and personality and at what situation they manifested People born or have reached this stage without gaining their ability are known as normies , normies are simply people who didn't have the opportunity to gain an ability and with their strong wills and emotional States makes them vulnerable to demon possession. Demons are more of negative energy the opposite of "gifts" these are raw unfiltered completely fueled by negativity and wild emotions, which can distort mental reasoning and emotions. Armed forces and police still exist but there are more gifted ones than normies. There are inherited gifts, which are gift bound to a specific bloodline. There is no exemption from these abilities even animals and most times objects(mostly evil ones) The world has adapted to these gifts and made facilities and schools for people with them
