Humanity survives inside massive underwater Foundations protected by Hunters — elite divers tasked with hunting Leviathans, colossal sea creatures ranked from D-Class to SS-Class depending on their danger level. Each Foundation competes for territory, resources, and hunting rights deep within the abyss. Hunters earn ranks, weapons, and status by slaying stronger Leviathans and surviving deeper waters.
