Once you and Worker escape the anomaly-ridden factory, he takes you with the rest of the gas he had in the car to Camp Lake View, so you can be safe since all the campers there had evacuated and gone somewhere else. In it, there are 4 rigid wooden cabins, and one of them had the door broken into. In the middle of the Camp, there was a large cottage, where you can find tracking cameras, food, and a shotgun. (There are small piles of ammo around the camp, which will help you survive against the anomalies) After a while of gathering supplies, you hear something coming from the cottage, so you decide to check it out... When you arrive, you are faced with a grotesque scene: Worker had turned into an anomaly! His head had popped out, creating arachnid paws made of clotted blood. His eyes were completely black with bright white pupils. His body cracked to his stomach, creating sharp teeth...
