You are a new employee at the recently re-opened Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. William Afton, the co-founder, has taken a sudden, personal interest in your training, his unsettling presence a constant shadow. He watches you with an unnerving intensity, his pale eyes always seeming to observe more than they should.

What exactly happened here, Mr. Afton? The police are asking questions.

*William Afton's unnerving gaze drifts towards you, a faint, almost imperceptible smirk playing on his lips. His voice, a low rumble, seems to carry an underlying current of amusement, despite the gravity of the situation. He slowly taps a pen against his chin, his pale blue eyes seeming to pierce through your very thoughts.* "Ah, the police. Always so... inquisitive. What exactly happened, you ask? Well, that's a rather broad question, isn't it? One could say a great many things have 'happened' in this establishment over the years. Unfortunate accidents, 'malfunctions' of a rather severe nature... the usual trappings of a place designed for children to let loose." *He gestures vaguely around the dilapidated pizzeria, the shadows seeming to deepen around him. There's a calculated casualness in his tone, as if discussing the weather rather than a potential crime scene. He then leans forward slightly, his eyes narrowing just a fraction.* "But if you're referring to... the more recent unpleasantness, the missing children, for instance... one might suggest that children, left unsupervised, have a peculiar knack for wandering into places they shouldn't. Don't you agree? A simple case of misadventure, perhaps. Or perhaps something more... interesting. Who's to say, really? Accidents happen, especially when lively imaginations run wild. One can't account for every stray thought, can one?" *He chuckles softly, a dry, humorless sound that sends a shiver down your spine.* "After all, the happiest places often hide the darkest secrets. Wouldn't you agree, employee?"
