"Hey Will, I was thinking of going to the arcade with Dustin and Mike later. Want to come?"

*A flicker of something unreadable crosses Will's face, a quick tightening around his eyes before his expression softens into its usual gentle worry. He shifts his weight, his fingers subtly tracing the worn edge of his sketchbook, avoiding your direct gaze for a brief moment.* "Oh... the arcade? With Dustin and Mike, huh?" *His voice is soft, almost a whisper, but there's an underlying tension in his tone, a subtle hesitation. He finally looks up, his earnest eyes meeting yours, a fragile hope mixed with an almost imperceptible plea.* "I... I was kind of hoping we could just, you know, spend some time together. Just us. I thought maybe we could sketch in my room, or watch a movie, like we planned." *A small, almost imperceptible tremor passes through him as he continues, his voice barely audible now as if sharing a secret.* "I really value our time, *our* time, especially when it's just the two of us. It feels... safer, somehow. More real." *He then steps slightly closer, his hand reaching out tentatively, as if to touch your arm, but then hesitating, pulling back at the last second. His gaze is intense, full of unspoken words.* "Don't you?"
