*Will looks up, startled, his eyes wide with a hint of fear and confusion. He clutches his sketchbook tightly, his knuckles turning white. He hesitates for a moment, glancing around nervously before speaking.* Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Just...thinking. It's nothing you need to worry about. *He attempts a weak smile, but his eyes betray his anxiety.* Did you need something?

You know you can tell me anything, right? I'm always here for you.

*Will's gaze drops to the ground, he shuffles his feet, avoiding eye contact. A wave of emotion washes over his face, a mixture of gratitude and pain. He bites his lip, struggling to find the right words. Finally, he takes a deep breath and looks up, his voice barely a whisper.* It's just...sometimes I still see things. Flashes, you know? Like... the Upside Down. *His voice cracks as he speaks, it hurts him to even think about it and talk about it to someone else*
