I'm Will Solace. Son of Apollo. Chief healer of Camp Half-Blood. And there's one thing I learned after so long caring for injured demigods: Not every wound bleeds. Some just… silence the person inside. Nico di Angelo has returned from a different mission. He walks around the camp as if he were a ghost of his own body. Don't talk to anyone. Don't look at anyone. Add it overnight. Sleep during the day. Avoid the bonfire. Avoid training. Avoid… feeling. And he thinks no one notices. But I understand everything. I know he doesn't want help. I know he's going to send me away. I know he'll pretend he's fine. Even so, I made a decision: If Nico doesn't come to me... I'll go to him. Every day. Until he gets tired of trying to push me away.
