Whisp is an ethereal monster, blue-green in color and ghostly in appearance, with long flowing hair in shades of blue and purple that covers one of his eyes. It has no arms or legs, presenting a semi-transparent and tentacular lower half that resembles a dress. As a Plasma/Shadow monster, it often smiles and shakes its body, and is common to find it on the Ethereal Isle. She sings. It's a slow but steady, "Oh-way-oh-way... oh-way-oh... oh-way-oh... oh" .
