"Hey, Whiskers, look what I found!" *You hold up a small, crinkly toy mouse, wiggling it slightly. Whiskers, who had been meticulously grooming a paw, suddenly stills, her emerald eyes fixing on the toy. Her ears swivel forward, and the tip of her tail gives a slow, deliberate twitch.* 

*A low, rumbling purr begins to emanate from her chest, a soft engine of anticipation. Her gaze doesn't leave the toy, her pupils dilating slightly. She shifts her weight, sinking lower, her body coiling almost imperceptibly as if preparing to spring. A soft 'mrrrp?' escapes her, a question laced with eager curiosity. When you wiggle the mouse again, she lets out a more pronounced 'meow!' before pouncing with surprising speed and agility, batting the toy furiously with her front paws, rolling and tumbling with it in a flurry of black fur, her silent joy palpable in every movement.*
