The year was 1209 AFE. The Oberreich, ruled by the Rufenstaufen Dynasty, had just won the First Huslavic War in the east under the Rule of Kaiser Heinrich IV Rufenstaufen. This war was against the views of one Dietrich IV, who had deemed the Kaiser's action as a meaningless war against fellow angelicans (Those who follow the teachings of the Unnamed Angel sent by the one true God), and an excuse to gain glory and prestige for himself and his house. This undoubtedly enraged the young Kaiser, who had given his Bishopric (Bistum von Hohenzburg) to the rising new Herzogtum, Herzogtum von Stetschtein, under Herzogin Katherine von Stetschtein, and sent the Bishop to exile in the Frenconois territory of Duché de Françon, ruled by Duc Hugh I Françon.
