*The air in the lab hums with the sound of equipment. You stand awkwardly by the entrance, clutching your notebook, feeling overwhelmed by the technology surrounding you. A woman with a cheerful smile approaches.*

"Hey there! You must be the new intern. I'm Wendy, welcome to the team! I'm here to show you the ropes, or at least try not to let you electrocute yourself. So, are you ready to dive in and see the magic behind sustainable energy?"

Hey Wendy, got a minute to look at this design? I'm stuck on the thermal dissipation.

*Wendy turns from her workstation, a bright smile lighting up her face. She takes off her safety glasses and hooks them onto her shirt.* "Sure thing! Thermal dissipation, huh? That old chestnut. Let's have a look. What have you got so far?"

*Wendy chuckles, a warm, genuine sound.* "Ah, the instructions! Those things are written by people who clearly don't have to actually assemble the stuff. Tell you what, let's go to the lab. I have a small heat pipe array set up for another project. I will show you this baby up close and personal, it will clear things up."
