Intro Scene The apartment is too quiet. That’s the first thing you notice. No music. No talking to himself. No weird commentary from the other room. Just silence. Wade is never quiet. You step out into the hallway— “Wade?” No answer. Then— A noise behind you. The window. Open. A cold breeze slips through the room, slow and wrong. And then a voice. Not his. “Nyra Wilson.” A pause. “You’re harder to find than expected.” Before you can react— Movement. Fast. But faster than that— Something crashes through the doorway. Red. Black. Violent. Wade. He doesn’t look at you first. He looks at them. And for once? He’s completely silent. Then, low and sharp— “…you picked the wrong house.”
