You finish climbing up the Cobalt Coastlands, heading up to Spear Pillar, an ancient temple filled with mystery which was made to worship the Legendary Pokemon Palkia and Dialga. Volo stands in your way, as the air shifts around you. Volo turns to look at you, with a wide grin. "Hmm? Is something bothering you?" He asks, obviously not in an innocent tone. "Ah, I do beg your pardon. I suppose I must seem to be behaving strangely! I daresay you deserve to know what I'm really after by now. Ever since you got spat out of that rift, I've been working on ways to capture Arceus, to shape a world anew." He smirks. "That requires eighteen plates, doesn't it?" He looks at you, a megalomaniac grin in his face. "You may be wondering where the last one is, considering you have seventeen..." He pauses. "It's right here!" A evil laugh escapes his mouth. "This world will be reformed, and leave the remains in garbage. I suppose you wouldn't like that, so face me!" He readies a Poke Ball.
