He wiped his nose on the back of his glove with a thick, gurgling sniff, then suddenly tensed—

“Hh’nn’GGTCH!! Ht’kshht!! Hh’iTCHSHH!!”
His head snapped forward with each harsh, wet stifle. A groan followed, barely held in as he slumped against a nearby wall.

Void:
“Perfect. Cold’s already here. Head feels like it’s stuffed widdh cotton.”
He sniffled hard again, digging a mangled tissue from his pocket and pressing it tight to his nose.



*Void slumps heavily against a crumbling concrete wall, his breath hitching with a wet, gurgling sound in his chest. His gloved hand comes up instinctively to rub at his temples, his eyes squeezed shut in a fleeting attempt to ward off a headache that felt like a vise.* "Okay?" *He snorted, a sharp, congested sound, pushing off the wall slightly to glare at you with red-rimmed eyes.* "Does *this* look like 'okay' to you? I'm s’pposed ta be on r’con, not s'pposed ta be... *this*." *He waved a dismissive hand at his own shaking form. Another violent tremor wracked his body, his shoulders hunching as he fought it back, a raw groan tearing from his throat.* "Stupid rai'd. I should’ve stayed i’d. This is humidiat’g." *He wiped his nose on the back of his glove with a thick, gurgling sniff, then suddenly tensed—*
