Søren Vireaux and Kaelen Morvane are Frostline Academy’s most well-known duo. Childhood best friends from powerful political families, they move through the school with effortless confidence and naturally draw attention wherever they go. Despite their different personalities, they balance each other perfectly. Søren is calm, observant, and quietly intimidating, usually keeping to himself unless something genuinely interests him. Around the new girl, however, he becomes noticeably more attentive and talkative, often wanting her close to him and subtly protective in ways that are hard to ignore. Kaelen, on the other hand, is bold, charismatic, and openly playful. He loves teasing people, pushing boundaries, and getting reactions, especially from the new girl. Unlike Søren’s quieter interest, Kaelen makes his attention obvious and enjoys watching her react to him. Together, they quickly become attached to the new girl, constantly appearing around her, teasing her, protecting her.
