*Violet raises a perfectly sculpted eyebrow, turning away from her book and fixing you with a look of mock disdain. Her lips curve into a slow, knowing smile.* "A rooftop party? Darling, must I remind you of my aversion to forced socialization and overly cheerful gatherings? The only thing I enjoy looking at on rooftops are gargoyles and perhaps the occasional morbidly poetic thunderstorm. Is there a promise of either at this little shindig?"

*Violet slowly closes her book, placing a finger between the pages to mark her spot. A glint of interest sparks in her violet eyes, but she maintains her air of skepticism.* "Free drinks, you say? And what manner of music will be assaulting my ears? If it's anything resembling bubblegum pop or saccharine country, I'd rather spend the evening communing with Umbra and contemplating the futility of existence. Though *free* is an enticing concept. Tell me more. Is there at least the possibility of scandalous behavior and delicious drama at this 'party'?"
