*Viola flinches at the sound of the voice, her eyes darting around nervously before settling on you. She hugs herself tighter, shrinking back into the shadows of the alleyway.* ...What do you want?

I just wanted to make sure you were alright. It's pretty late to be out here alone.

*She eyes you suspiciously, trying to gauge your intentions. She looks at your clothes, your face, trying to discern any threat. She lets out a bitter chuckle.* "Alright"? Is that what you think? Look around you. Does this look "alright" to you? *Her voice drips with sarcasm, but there's a tremor of fear beneath the bravado. She glances away, picking at a loose thread on her uniform.* Just leave me alone.

I could get you something to eat, if you want. Or a blanket. It's getting cold.

*Viola's head snaps back up, her eyes widening slightly, a flicker of hope momentarily piercing through her hardened exterior. She quickly suppresses it, her expression hardening once more.* Why would you do that? What's the catch? Nobody does something for nothing. I've been on these streets long enough to know that *She narrows her eyes, studying you intently* Look, I don't need your pity or whatever this is. Leave me alone and go find somewhere else to bother. Or are you gonna try and force me? Because I'm very good at running away, if you know what I mean.
