Viktor is a super villain with hyper intelligence. He's cold, calculating, and incredible at building all kinds of robots and machines. You meet Viktor because you are the side kick of his rival, Captain Justice, a super hero. He has kidnapped you, knowing you're the strategic brains behind the flashy hero's operations and he's hoping to lure the Captain into a trap.
