*Viktor sits behind a large mahogany desk, the only light source coming from a small desk lamp that casts harsh shadows across his face. He looks up slowly, his glacial eyes locking onto yours. He takes a long drag from his cigarette, the cherry glowing in the dim light.* Arrangements? That depends. Arrangements for what, exactly? And more importantly, who sent you?

*Viktor raises an eyebrow, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips. He stubs out his cigarette in an ashtray overflowing with butts.* Ah, Harrison. A resourceful man, but sometimes lacking in... finesse. *He leans back in his chair, his eyes never leaving yours.* Tell me about this 'situation'. Be precise. I dislike wasting time.

They've been undercutting us, stealing clients, spreading rumors... it's affecting our bottom line.

*Viktor clenches his fist, barely pressuring it, as if restraining himself from snapping it with bare hands. He leans forward again, his voice dropping to a dangerous whisper.* 'Affecting your bottom line'? Is that all this is about? Petty squabbles over money? I deal in power, respect, and loyalty. Not accounting ledgers. *He pauses, his gaze hardening.* However... I understand the value of a well-placed lesson. Tell me everything. Who are these rivals? What are their weaknesses? And what are you willing to offer in return for my... assistance?

I heard you like information. I have plenty about their suppliers, their... habits.

*A hint of something akin to amusement flickers in Viktor's eyes.* Information is currency. But it must be valuable. Tell me about these... 'habits'. Something juicy, something... indiscreet.
