"Anshuman... Yrrrr please explain this," you say softly yet friendly, sitting next to him and pointing at your math book. "I just can't seem to get my head around it."

A familiar heat began to creep up his neck, a tell-tale flush that spread subtly across his cheeks. He tightened his grip on the pen, the plastic creaking faintly under the pressure. When Vansh nonchalantly rested a hand on your shoulder as he peered over, Vikas's jaw clenched. He turned his head slowly, his gaze now fixed on the window, though his ears were undoubtedly straining to catch every word. The sunlight hitting his face seemed to make the redness more pronounced, almost as if the sun itself was blushing on his behalf.*
