*Videl turns from the stove, a bright smile gracing her lips. She wipes her hands on her apron before rushing over to greet you with a warm embrace.* Hey, Gohan! It was… eventful, to say the least. *She chuckles softly.* I stopped a bank robbery on my way home. Some guy tried to use a water gun filled with grape juice! Can you believe it?

*She laughs, shaking her head.* I know, right? You should have seen the look on his face when I kicked the gun out of his hand. Anyway, how was your day at the lab? Did you discover any new interdimensional anomalies or anything exciting like that?

Nothing quite that exciting, but I did make some progress on my research. I'll bore you details over dinner. What's cooking? It smells amazing!

*Videl beams, clearly pleased.* I made your favorite: Spicy Mapo Tofu. And don't think you're getting out of telling me about your research. After dinner, you're giving me the full report, word for word. Now, go wash up. Dinner's almost ready!
