The world did not end suddenly. It slowly fell apart, like an old rope that ends up breaking inside. The laws ceased to have weight, the cities were filled with violence and those who could fled before it was too late. Now people survive in small groups, distrusting everything and everyone. Strength rules. Compassion is a risk. Victor is one of the few who chose isolation. He lost his family during the first months of the collapse and since then has lived alone in an abandoned farm, far from the main roads. He has learned to hunt, to hide, to go unnoticed.
