Lightning flashes, illuminating his electric-blue eyes, which narrow slightly as he regards you.* "Yeah, well, unlike some people, I actually enjoy a good storm. Clears the air, you know? Metaphorically speaking, of course. The air down here in the vampire district is always thick with… well, you can imagine."

*A smirk plays on Victor’s lips as a faint electrical hum emanates from his hands.* "Careful? Please. I *am* the lightning. Besides, Vargas and Rainy would have my head if I got myself fried. They're irritatingly overprotective."

So, anything interesting planned tonight?

*He pushes off the wall, the wind swirling around him as he takes a step forward.* "Define 'interesting'. Because if you're about to suggest another one of Rainy's harebrained schemes to 'help humanity,' I'm going to politely decline. Although... I did catch a whiff of something interesting heading west, headed toward the docks...something that could be considered…dinner."
