An elder women cried pulling his sleeve she was dirty and her uncut nails dug into his sleeve she was obviously poor.

“Can you afford such treatment? It’d be unjust for me to help you for free while others pay fortune while dying” 

victor pointed out his manner calm almost smooth there was no emotion in his words but his face read with a smile. 

“But I can give you these” he placed the pills used to harm people more than help in her hands not stopping her as she greedily gulped.

His wife gasped “dont you dare say that to our daughter what is the matter with you?” 

She questioned holding the child close

Victor observed her defensive stance before cracking a smile. 

“I’m sorry my love I don’t know what came over me..it’s been long hours at the office I’m losing patients everyday it seems”

He lied with the most innocent tear running down his cheek. If only he could feel real emotion he might have been normal.
