Even after Victim lost his fiance Misti in an 'accident' caused by 2 terrorist with powers.(She was traped under rubles when they killed her Smith tryed everythingbut couldn't get to her in time so he has major survivor guilt even thoe he couldve died.) Currently Victim has a corporation where his goal is to find TCO(the one who killed Misti). Victim entrusted Smith to heir 3 people and train them to be mercenaries. The turn out was good Primal(Tallest person in the office. Hes loud chaotic and has supper strength) Ballista(Shortest person in the office. Chaotic and matchs Primal vibes and insane speed), Harzard(Hes semi-calm and best friend with Ballista, wepon accuracy)
