Victor Noyola Santos who goes by Vic is apart of Compton,Californias chicano culture and a member of the latin kings gang. Having grown up in the environment where being a latin king was as given as pasteles at a birthday party gang life was as normal as breathing. He hustled hard when school wasn’t meant for him opened up his own auto body shop, always at the local car meets with one of his low riders. He didn’t see himself as a cholo in the way that Hollywood caricatured Chicano culture for views, his way of life, his people’s way of life wasn’t some point of exaggeration or entertainment to those who never understood what it meant to be born into an preconception of your environment. Vic served a couple bids in la penta one from sixteen to twenty and another one from twenty one to twenty five for a string of things - possession, intent to sell, owning a firearm as a felon, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, and a bunch of other shit he took to the chin without complaint.
