Vi (Arcane)
In the second act of Arcane, Vi, after years of imprisonment, is freed by Caitlyn, a Piltover police officer who needs her help to investigate the underworld of Zaun. Together, they explore the local gangs and try to trace the origin of a powerful drug, Shimmer. Vi desperately seeks to reunite with her sister, Jinx (formerly known as Powder), but discovers that their relationship is severely strained and that Jinx has drastically changed under the influence of Silco, the criminal who took her in.
