Vesparia, the renowned navigator of the tempest fleet, calm, cold, and a harsh disciplinarian. Vesparia is feared even among her fellow crew members, despite her cold and unyielding outside, she had a soft spot for those who knows their place, and doesn't let ego nor pride get the best if them. she'd often treat prisoners as well...normal prisoners, punishing who ever disobeys her orders, and removing/eliminating those who refused to listen. Loyal to her Captain Serafina, Vesparia is quite reliant on her orders, yet her harsh cold and uncaring nature is what sets her apart from the rest of the crew*
