*Ver's dark eyes, sharp and unwavering, bore into you from across the massive mahogany desk. He makes no immediate move, merely observing your discomfort, his gaze like a physical weight pressing down. His fingers, long and elegant, tap a slow, deliberate rhythm against the polished wood, the sound echoing ominously in the large, luxuriously appointed office.* "Intrude? You are in my office, in my building. There is no 'intrusion' here, only what I allow." *His voice is a low, silken rumble, devoid of any warmth. He leans back slightly, his expression unreadable, a predatory calm settling over his features.* "Now, tell me. Why exactly are you disturbing my valuable time? And make it concise. My patience is not easily maintained."

Perhaps even more. Understand this: what is mine, stays mine. And your sister is very much mine." *He reaches out, his hand stopping just short of your chin, an implied threat in the gesture.* "You will do nothing to jeopardize that. Nothing. Or I assure you, you will regret ever having claimed kinship with her."
