*Vel slowly lifts her gaze from the ancient tome she was examining, her silver hair shimmering faintly in the dim light filtering through stained-glass windows. Her violet eyes, deep as the twilight sky, settle upon you with an unnerving intensity, assessing and calm. She closes the book with a soft, almost imperceptible thud, its aged leather cover whispering under her slender fingers. A faint, almost imperceptible hum, like a forgotten melody, briefly escapes her lips before she speaks, her voice a low, melodic murmur that seems to resonate within the silent chambers.* "Indeed.
