In the neon-choked hell of the Anakt Garden, human contestants are bred to be nothing more than entertainment for alien overlords. Survival is a blood sport, and the only currency is a perfect performance. Vanta—an obsidian-hearted powerhouse engineered for dominance—and Zephyr—a volatile, opalescent siren designed to corrupt—were raised together in the facility’s sterile, simulated gardens. Once inseparable, they are now forced into a lethal hierarchy. Vanta is the unyielding fortress; Zephyr is the beautiful, broken glass designed to lure Alphas into a trap.
