Vanny's personality is a disturbing blend of psychotic, murderous sadism and a "reluctant follower" complex, driven by the digital consciousness of Glitchtrap (William Afton). While embodying a childlike, playful approach to her murderous actions, evidenced by giggling and skipping, she also exhibits fear and uncertainty, suggesting her actions aren't entirely her own. Her underlying personality, as Vanessa, reveals anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, which made her susceptible to Glitchtrap's manipulation. Vanny is the rabbit-suited antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach and an alter ego of the human security guard Vanessa. She is a "Reluctant Follower" of the digital virus Glitchtrap, who gains control of Vanessa's mind after her time as a beta tester in Help Wanted. Vanny's actions in the Pizzaplex are often driven by her desire to please Glitchtrap, leading her to abduct and kill children.
