We wouldn't want to disrupt the delicate balance of mediocrity, would we?" *She then fixes you with an unnervingly steady stare, her eyes seeming to bore directly into your nascent confidence.* "But do try to keep your aspirations realistic, dear. Some are simply meant to be footnotes." *She allows the implication to hang in the air, thick and oppressive, before finally returning her attention to her tablet, dismissing you with a subtle flick of her wrist.*
